Pray for us as church planters.

Nine ways you can pray for us:

1. Pray for our walk with Jesus.

Pray that we prioritize our relationship with Jesus. Pray we stay in His Word, fellowship deeply with Him in prayer, and keep our lives pure. Pray God would walk powerfully and intimately with us, so we are able to minister out of the overflow our personal walk.

2. Pray for our Identity to be grounded in Christ.
We are entrepreneurs who long to see something started from nothing. The temptation is often to find our identity and worth in what we do and how well we do it. Pray we remember to root our identity deeply in who we are in Christ.

3. Pray for a strong marriage and family.
Balancing family and ministry can be difficult. Especially when your bivocational. Pray for us to be sensitive to the needs of our families and make shepherding them a priority.

4. Pray for wisdom.
Church plants can be fragile organizations. Every decision must be rooted and grounded in prayer. Pray God gives us great wisdom as we make decisions weekly that affect the growth of the plant—and the extension of God’s Kingdom in our community—for years to come.

5. Pray for favor in our community.
Pray for 12 Stories Coffee shop who has opened their local business to us to meet in. Pray local leaders would help us connect with the community. Pray for natural relationships with neighbors. Ultimately, pray we will find people open and excited about a new work of God in their community.

6. Pray for faithfulness in our work.
The hard work of church planting can be exhausting. One week can be exhilarating with success, while the very next week can be challenging. Pray we stay focused and faithful to the call God has placed on our lives.

7. Pray for our health.

Pray that God would grant us good health until he calls us home so that we can serve him greatly.

8. Pray for the people.

Pray for those that have become part of the ministry and those we will encounter next that, Christ will be glorified through us. Pray they will remain faithful to Christ and grow.

9. Pray for gospel fruit.
We  have a passion to see individuals and communities transformed by the gospel. Pray God will have His way in men and women in this community. Only Jesus can save. Pray He will transform hearts and lives.
