About

In 2018, Alex and Paisley shared their desire to plant a church after becoming friends with a fellow pastor. Alex was working for a church as a worship and youth pastor while in Seminary. Alex and  his wife Paisley felt the Lord calling him to start a new church.  They meet with eleven people in a restaurant in Princeton each week for over a year to simply talk, pray, and move forward as the Lord directed.

With the quarantine in effect, we thought it wise to wait to get started. In the meantime, Alex and Paisley moved to Farmersville in June of 2020 with the intent of getting things off the ground with the plant, but God had another timeline.

All that to say, God launched Christ Culture in the fall of 2021. Our first public event was the Princeton Christmas Parade in December of 2020, where we simply began to introduce our church to the area. We have been meeting now for two years. We are in fervent prayer as we gather weekly to corporately worship, and work alongside the people of the Princeton and Farmersville community.

At Christ Culture, we desire to actively foster growth in a community of believers, in light of who Christ is and what his word teaches us. Christ is preeminent. He permeates every part of who we are; how we live, think and relate to people, the community and the world around us.
